The difference between renal colic and colic pain

Renal colic: acute pain in the kidneys and urinary tract
It is mainly caused by kidney stones, the renal pelvis or the ureter
Kidney pain occurs when urinary stones block part of the urinary tract that includes the kidneys, ureters, bladder and urethra.

Symptoms of renal colic include:
Sudden, sharp pain in the lower back reaching the site of the kidneys
Pain during urination
High fever in cases of infection
Tremor (shivering)
Nausea and vomiting (in very rare cases)
Blood in the urine (a hidden blood test through which you can determine the presence of blood in the urine even if it is not visible to the eye)
The symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome are:
Pain increases when there is stress and tension, after about an hour or two after eating.
Stomach pain or stomach ache
Constipation or diarrhea.
Bulging with gas.
Fatigue and a tendency to vomit.
Feeling bloated in the abdomen.
Pain subsides after defecation.
