Renal colic causes:
1- Increasing the volume of unsolvable salts present in the urine and forming in the form of crystals of different sizes. This is considered the main cause of kidney colic.
2- The presence of frozen blood in the urinary tract
3- Inflammation occurs in the kidney pelvis and causes it to swell
4- The tumors and diseases that affect the kidneys
5- Eat food that is not clean or is filled with a high percentage of salt, which makes it difficult for the kidneys to break down so that it precipitates easily
6- High body temperature, especially in the summer and drinking insufficient amounts of water
As for prevention methods:
1- Drink enough water daily
2- Eat food that contains a water succulent, such as: fruits and vegetables
3- Maintaining weight and getting rid of obesity, because weight gain leads to precipitation of stones in the kidneys
