Benign prostatic hyperplasia is a common medical condition that appears as men age, and an enlarged prostate gland causes uncomfortable urinary symptoms such as obstruction of urine flow outside the bladder and can also cause problems with the bladder, urinary system, or kidneys.
 The severity of symptoms varies from patient to patient, but the symptoms gradually get worse over time
Symptoms are divided into common symptoms and less common symptoms
Common symptoms: - Urgent and persistent need to urinate - Increased frequency of urination at night (nocturia) - Difficulty starting to urinate - Weak urine stream or stopping the urine stream and returning - Distillation at the end of urination - Inability to fully empty the bladder Less common symptoms: - Infection Urinary tract - inability to urinate - blood in the urine
