Conjoined college, or what is known as this horseshoe college, appears in one in every 500 children and occurs during fetal development at the time the college moves to its natural place

Kidney stones: These are crystals and proteins that form stones in the kidney and may lead to a blockage in the urinary tract.
Ascites: it is an enlarged kidney that occurs due to obstruction of the urinary tract
Wilms' tumor: A fetal tumor in the kidney that occurs during early childhood
Renal or kidney cysts are polycystic

Horseshoe college does not cause any symptoms in about a third of cases, but many children may suffer from some problems such as:
Urinary tract infection can cause:
Fever
Bad smell of urine
The need to urinate frequently
Pain or burning when urinating
Urinary stones can cause:
Severe pain in the back, waist, or lower abdomen
Nausea and vomiting
Cloudy or bloody urine
Lugs are friendly (cold spells)
