Types of urinary incontinence and ways to prevent it

 Types:
stress incontinence
This type leaks urine when pressing on the bladder by coughing, sneezing, laughing, exercising, or carrying something heavy.
Urinary incontinence
In this type, you develop sudden and severe urge to urinate, followed by involuntary loss of urine
🔸 overflow enuresis
And in it a person suffers from frequent or continuous urine distillation as a result of not completely emptying the bladder
🔸 functional enuresis
This type of physical or mental disorder prevents you from getting to the toilet in time
Mixed Incontinence
And in it the person suffers from more than one type of enuresis
Sometimes incontinence cannot be prevented
But we can follow these tips to reduce the risk of incontinence:
Maintain an ideal weight by eating healthy food and exercising regularly
🔸 Pelvic floor exercises
Avoid caffeinated drinks and alcohol
🔸 Avoid constipation by eating foods rich in fiber
Quit smoking or not sit next to them
