Bladder inversion out

Bladder inversion out is a rare birth defect in which the bladder is outside the abdominal cavity of the fetus
This condition is more common in males than females.
Most often, ultrasound bladder inversion is diagnosed during pregnancy.
But even so, the defect is sometimes not visible until after birth.
Reasons for bladder inversion out:
The main causes are not discovered but are a combination of:
Genetic factors.
🔸 Environmental factors such as: maternal age, assisted fertilization, progesterone during pregnancy, and smoking during pregnancy, but so far the cause and effect have not been determined.
Methods of treating a bladder inversion outside:
Babies born in a bladder inversion state are treated with reconstructive surgery after childbirth.
Its main goals are to provide sufficient space for urine storage and the creation of the external genitalia
Creating bladder control and maintaining kidney function.

Then the doctor chooses one of the two methods:

It includes three operations, the first after 72 hours after birth, the second at the age of 6 to 12 months, and the third at the age of 4 to 5 years.
